How to Pause Your Subscription

If you're taking a short break from studying, pausing is the best way to stop billing without losing your momentum.

1. Head over to the Cancel Subscription page in your account settings.
   

2. A pop-up prompt will appear asking if you'd prefer to pause your subscription instead.
   

3. Choose whether you'd like to pause for 1, 2, or 3 months.
   

4. Confirm your choice.
   

How Pause Timing & Billing Work

• You keep full access: Pausing doesn't lock you out right away. You retain full access to all your materials through the end of your current billing cycle.
  

• When the pause starts: Your chosen 1, 2, or 3-month pause period begins automatically on your scheduled renewal/expiration date.
  

• Your locked billing date: Your original payment day stays locked in. For example, if your monthly billing date is the 5th, your current cycle runs through the 5th. Your pause then begins on the 5th, and your subscription will resume billing on the 5th once your selected pause length ends.
